Are MMI investigations protected under attorney-client privilege?

The short answer is yes, as we are providing legal services.  Attorney-client privilege, however, is controlled by the client, who may decide to waive this privilege.  We work with the organization and its counsel to clarify privilege at the outset and align the scope and deliverables accordingly.
