Nicole is a highly capable investigator and former prosecutor with a deep understanding of

trauma-informed practices and a focus on building trust and connecting with witnesses. With extensive experience handling sensitive matters—including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation—she brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to every investigation. Nicole’s unique background in child protection and juvenile justice, combined with specialized training as a ChildLaw Fellow at Loyola University Chicago, shaped her ability to engage witnesses with empathy. Her in-house counsel experience advising executives and boards through the investigation process helps inform her investigations, ensuring that every investigation is conducted with a defensibility mindset. She approaches every matter with professionalism, care, and clarity—helping organizations navigate complex situations with confidence.
